Vegan Fudge Nice Cream with Frozen Sweet Potato Smoothie Bowl (source: @cryspdetox)

Practice healthy mornings with this nice cream recipe packed with superfoods and sea moss gel for an extra nutritious kick. 


  • 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • 2 big frozen black spot banana
  • 100g frozen sweet potato
  • 2 tbsp sea moss gel
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon and cardamom

How to Prepare?

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Bake the sweet potato in the preheated oven until tender and cooked through, about 1 hour. Remove the peel from the cooked sweet potato and cool it, chop it and then freeze it overnight.
  2. Mix it all in a high speed blender until smooth, serve in a bowl and top it up with peanut butter, banana, berries, or whatever you want.
  3. Enjoy!
